Hey mrs. p
This is Kendell (typing to you from BC!). I have been eating a better diet since doing a detox called Dr.Joshi (still eat chicken and fish, but only buy organic free-range/wild). I am lacking recipes so just wanted to let you know that I appreciate any that you post on here alot!
Hi Kendell,
Did Matt tell you we were asking after you? This is so strange that you would email me. I hope you are well.
I have heard about the program under Dr Roshi - a friend of mine tried it as well. Since you are looking for some recipes, I would strongly recommend a site from a lady in Northern BC. The focus is meal plans complete with recipes, shopping lists and staples list. It is excellent - I loved the sounds of the different dishes and the pictures are fantastic. The site is called veggiemealplans.com
Looking forward to a visit from you when you make your way back east this summer. Take care Kendell.
Mrs. P.
